THE FIT DISTRICT is a one stop health club consisting of fitness enthusiasts who aim to have a better tomorrow irrespective of age (even youth or senior citizens), gender and profession.

The founders of TFD, Niran Ponnappa and Vasudha Aggarwal believe that everyone is an athlete, but the skills are hidden or lost due to sedentary lifestyles. Therefore we are here to help you ‘TO REINTRODUCE THE ATHLETE WITHIN’.

We will be offering numerous forms of licensed fitness programs under one roof : Personal Coaching, Physiotherapy, Nutrition Counselling, CrossFit, LesMills group classes (Body Balance,Body Combat, Body Pump, RPM and Body Jam) Freestyle group classes (Zumba, Bollywood Aerobics, TRX, Sports Fit, Spinning, Yoga, Steppers) and Calisthenics (60 feet long Sprint Track, 60 Feet Long Monkey Bar, 20 Pull up Stations, WallBouldering etc).
