About Studio 23

Welcome to Studio 23, South Mumbai’s bespoke Studio offering Health & Wellness options that includes physiotherapy, nutrition and genetic testing in addition to a wide range of classes and workshops in Art, Dance, Education, Fitness, Movement, Pilates and Yoga for all ages. They have carefully crafted a space that will inspire you to be curious to learn, be fit and healthy, spiritual and relaxed because you deserve it. Their space is equally important for kids of all ages as our city catches up with good options for their all so precious time. On offer for parents will be a host of educational classes ranging from arts and crafts, dance, fitness, language, music, martial arts and a lot more. They take their time to handpick instructors who are experts in their respected fields, who come with a lot of experience and who are teaching for the right reasons. Studio 23 is proudly owner owned and is their tribute to Late Mr. Manbir Singh Bajaj ( born on the 23rd of October, 1943) who will always be their inspiration.

Additional Information

Their 2000 sq feet space accommodates 2 Studios and a consult room for their clients to spend time in. Each Studio is approximately 550 square feet in size with the necessary equipment for your use. As they have saved a thought for the health of your joints, they have invested in a pure teak wood sprung flooring system (professional dance floor) which will re-energise you on your every bounce. So you may want to say no to those hard surfaces from right about now. With state of the art music systems and acoustic materials in place, be ready to feel transported with them at Studio 23. In addition to their 2 Studios, they offer a wide range of Health and Wellness offerings to you to complete your holistic approach towards your personal health. From now on, you can think of them as your 'One Stop Shop' if you want to meet most of your health needs. They have partnered with a leading team of physiotherapists, nutritionists and geneticists to help you through any injuries you may have to tackle along the way or when you need the helping hand of a nutritionist for your own diet or to meet your family's needs and to stay abreast with today’s cutting edge technology of genetic testing that will reveal your predispositions to future health risks.
