Smaaash ShivFit is a top-notch crossfit training gym and box present at Lower Parel, Mumbai. This Crossfit Studio is started by the founder of Crossfit in Mumbai - Deepesh Bhatt 

Deepesh Bhatt is a CrossFit master trainer better known as Shivoham. He has trained the likes of Aamir Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, John Abraham and Kangana Ranaut but insists that he would rather be known for his work than for the people he trains.  

Crossfit Om aims at helping you stretch and burn muscle groups effectively, helping you achieve your fitness goals like body building, weight loss and more through this stretch and conditioning program.

Their program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive.  Their specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. They’ve used their same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. They scale load and intensity; they don’t change programs.

Renowned for their excellent equipments including sleds, an airdyne, rowing machines, peg boards and olympic bars; they welcome people from all ages and all backgrounds are welcome to join. Very dull vibe. Very shady instructors and arrogant management. Facilities are below basic standards. Hygiene is considered not very important here, equipments are cheap and low quality.

the trainers keep pushing for personal training. floor trainers don't fucking bother. and the management doesn't even know who the floor trainers are. it's good. but it's very disappointing that even after having such a good name and reputation, the floor trainers suck. and all they want is money and will push personal training constantly.

the trainers don't even give basic guidance during your first seven days of joining. everyday there's a new trainer and you don't get a regime. the receptionist and trainers insist on personal training when you ask for guidance on basic workouts (basic cardio and not cross training, weight training etc)
