This is not a power yoga session It's more of a group exercise. The instructor will not even name the yoga postures. Overall, the exercises and yoga poses were not challenging to the core muscles.

Joined Kickboxing here, instructor was good but the person managing is super rude.When a person pays for a activity, the studio should have utmost decency to be polite.The place is super small and crammed up with only fans working.Tiles move while working out which actually pinches the foot.No attention paid to it even after instructor himself complaining.Zero value for money,and very impolite.Please think carefully before joining or join Multifit or Nitro, at least they are not rude and attend customers respectfully.

Absolutely no value for money. First of all, according to Fitternity the batch starts at 8.15 am, but in actuality it starts at 8 am. I went prepared for a Pilates trial, but instead they decided to do stretches the entire time. This was very unfair because I wanted to decide which membership to go for based on how the trail went.
