Jgs Fitness Centre is the Perfect Fitness Centre It was a long wait of almost 8 months until finally Shalini Announced the reopening of her Fitness Centre .At first my Family was a little sceptical about how safe it would be to get out there but knowing Shalini now for 4 years ,I was sure she had a very well thought out plan to deal with this outgoing pandemic ,my body pains badly needed to get back in shape too.And I was absolutely right Shalini and her team were so diligent with the whole process of sanitizing the area ,the equipments and ensuring that all her customers were doing well .Safety has been her top priority ever since .I am so relieved ,feels like I've just got my life back on track ,I have got on to the routine and see myself in a much better state today .All thanks to this wonderful woman and her team .

My family and I have been members at JGs fitness centre since 1997. I am extremely satisfied with hygiene and cleanliness of the facilities since day 1. The owner, Shalini Bhargava, takes personal interest in maintaining all the aspects of the entire fitness centre at a superlative level. The equipment is consistently updated and conforms to international standards. The centre has also evolved and kept pace with advancing techniques to improve fitness for all of its members - as an example, since the core studio was inaugurated, it has revolutionized how I look at my workouts and how I approach my fitness routine. I look forward to going to the fitness center every day as I am always presented with an innovative exercise routine and it constantly challenges me to be at my best. In these current challenging circumstances brought forth by the COVID-19 pandemic, Shalini and the trainers made a nearly seamless transition to training us online to ensure our continued safety, while not compromising with our exercise schedules as far as possible. I have been back since the in-person training has resumed and I could not feel more secure in the facilities as everyone is always masked up and there are sanitizing stations at every few steps. I am excited to be a part of the journey going forward.

Jg’s is the beat thing happened to me for my health and fitness. The teachers are disciplined, inspiring and motivating. The workouts are always planned and new exercises are added it’s never monotonous. The care taken to reopen for members is very thoughtful. The vibes are such , that I always look forward to attend my class and never miss it. ❤️
